When the stock clearcoat on my OZ Racing Ultraleggera wheels started to peel off. I contacted LPC I was impressed right away because Martin spent a good 30 - 45 minutes on the phone with me. AFTER I explained that I was just gathering information & didn't have the extra funds available to get the wheels done in the near future. That level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I called Martin & set up a time to drop my wheels off. Once I got there I explained what I wanted the wheels to look like. We actually painted the pattern on one of the wheels with a bottle of the factory color touch-up paint. A few days later, I got the call. He got them EXACTLY how I hoped they'd turn out! With complications on the prep due to difficult stock coatins my bill was exactly what was quoted. That is what made me an LPC customer for life.
